Compliance Statement
Fingal Beach SLSC is an Incorporated Association registered with NSW Fair Trading under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, and a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
The club complies with:
- ACNC governance and annual reporting standards
- Australian Accounting Standards applicable to our reporting tier
- The NSW Associations Incorporation Act 2009 and our registered Constitution
- Surf Life Saving NSW and Surf Life Saving Australia affiliation and governance requirements
All financial records are independently audited annually. Meeting minutes are maintained in accordance with our constitution.
