A safe and respectful Club

Everyone should be treated with respect in surf lifesaving. The SLSA Member Protection Policy and codes of conduct set expectations for behaviour and address matters including discrimination, harassment, bullying and abuse.

Read the current SLS policy library for Policy 6.05 Member Protection, codes of conduct, and the Complaints Resolution Policy. Suspected breaches are managed through the applicable SLS complaint and disciplinary processes; outcomes depend on the policy and circumstances.
