3. Beach and water safety information

Beach-safety information on this website is general public information and does not replace current conditions, beach signage, warnings or directions from lifesavers, lifeguards, emergency services, NSW National Parks or other responsible authorities.

Conditions can change quickly. At a patrolled beach, swim between the red and yellow flags during patrol hours and follow the directions of lifesavers and lifeguards. In an emergency, call 000.

4. External links and services

The website links to external organisations and services for information, registration, safety, events and other purposes. A link does not mean the Club controls or guarantees the external website, its availability, content, security or privacy practices. External websites are subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, graphics and other original material are owned by or licensed to Fingal Beach SLSC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print website material for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit Club material without permission where permission is required.
